Increasing Uber/LU/NU Requirements

As of June 19th, 2013, Uber tier requirements will be increased to 1500+. LU and NU are now 1337+
All players who have done Ubers to get into Hero: Project Excalibur do not need to retain the requirements again. However, I expect every member of Hero to be very skilled in their tier of expertise.
