Inactivity

So I talked with tape this morning, and we came up with the following idea: When a member is inactive for a whole month (which I believe is a fair amount of time for someone to go online and say "I can not go on PO for these reasons") they should be either kicked from the clan or demoted if they are mods. This doesn't mean that people like warpstar that anyone knows that he can't be online should be kicked immediately. I believe it would be fair that admins and so on send an e-mail to said person if they beleive that he is inactive with the purpose of warning him. Another e-mail should be sent to said person to tel him that he has been kicked from the clan.
